Since 1993, the core of Neway Karaoke Box mission has been adhering to the spirit of customer-oriented service. We depend on our customers for comments on the quality of our services and advice for improvement. We look forward to your valuable feedback to help us in our quest for perfection in service quality.
Neway Karaoke Box services team included 1500 staffs that were fully trained in professional customer service. We aimed at impressing service from our heart towards our customers. In order to understand our customers’ needs in services of Neway , we have established the variety of monitoring mechanisms to help increase services level of Neway; we have dedicated "mystery customer survey" and "customer service hotline".
By 2007, we were very privileged to become the first both awarded "ISO9000 Quality Management System" and "ISO10002 Complaints Handling System" Karaoke Company in Hong Kong.
The purpose of established "ISO10002 Complaints Handling System" is enhancing the ability of our employees to resolve complaints in a consistent, systematic and responsive manner, thereby to achieve customers’ satisfaction.
To provide excellent services, we would like to seek for your valuable advice on our products and services. Your comments would motivate and leads us to be one of the best service corporations.
